This article explains how to check your order status using three methods: the shipping confirmation email with a "Track Package" button, your account dashboard by signing in and viewing order history, or the Track Order Tool for guest checkouts using your order number and email. It also clarifies order status types from "Order Placed" to "Delivered" and advises steps if your order is delayed, like checking carrier exceptions or verifying delivery locations.
1. Using the Shipping Confirmation Email (Fastest)
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the subject line "Great news! Your order has shipped."
- Open the shipping confirmation email.
- Click the Track Package button.
- This will direct you to a page showing the real-time location of your package, carrier info, and estimated delivery date.
2. Checking Your Account Dashboard
If you created an account, you can view your full order history.
- Sign in to My Account on our website.
- Select Order History.
- Click on the relevant order number to view its status.
3. Guest Checkout (No Account)
If you placed an order as a guest, you can still track your package:
- Use the Track Order Tool on our homepage footer.
- Enter your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) and your Email Address.
Understanding Order Status Types
Here is what the different stages mean:
- Order Placed: We have received your order and payment is being processed.
- Processing/Packed: Our team is picking and packing your items.
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is with the carrier.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is on the delivery vehicle and should arrive today.
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
What to Do If Your Order is Delayed
If your tracking information has not updated in over 48 hours, or if the estimated delivery date has passed, please:
- Check the tracking link to see if the carrier has noted an exception (e.g., weather delay, incorrect address).
- If the package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors or look for a secure location (back porch, garage).
